The Invitation
✓ You’ve walked the path of changework.
✓ You’ve gathered years of insights, stories, and hard-won lessons that could light the way for others.
✓ You’ve led projects, initiatives, perhaps even systems change work - and now it feels like it’s time to share and contribute in a different way.
But here’s the challenge:
✕ You feel the pull to share your wisdom more widely — yet the “how” feels murky.
✕ You’re not interested in following business as usual or using fishy marketing practices.
✕ You don’t want to hustle or perform.
✕ You want to serve — with depth, integrity, and authenticity.
If that sounds like you, The Harvest Lab is your space.
A place to pause, to clarify, and to weave everything you’ve lived into offerings that nourish others and sustain you.
What this is
The Harvest Lab is an 8-week guided journey for changeworkers, thought leaders, educators, and visionaries ready to shape their lived experience into aligned offerings — and to do it in a way that feels regenerative, not depleting.
It’s a blend of teaching, creative exploration, and grounded business design — but rooted in our shared values, your pace, your essence.
You’ll leave with clarity on:
- What you’re truly here to offer right now
- How to structure it sustainably (energetically and financially)
- How to share it in a way that feels natural and aligned
This is not a “how to sell” course. It’s a space to harvest the richness of your experience — and turn it into offerings that ripple outwards with integrity.

What The Harvest Lab isn’t:
- It's NOT a marketing bootcamp or a business hustle program
- It's NOT about growing your “personal brand” for the sake of the ego with zero substance
- It's NOT about fitting yourself into formulas or copy-pasting someone else’s strategyÂ
Instead, it’s:
- A regenerative design lab for meaningful changework and offerings that can expand with you
- A space to be witnessed and supported by peers on a similar path
- A chance to bring form and flow to what you already know, so it can reach others
Who this is for
You’ll feel at home here if you:
- Have been walking your path for a while — as a changeworker, activist, social entrepreneur, creative, or leader.
- Have lived through profound transformation and challenges, and feel nudged to guide others through similar terrain.
- Hear the call to create offerings — workshops, talks, toolkits, programs, or creative containers — but want to do so with authenticity and care (and maybe have no idea where to even begin)
- Are tired of “business as usual” and want to model a new way of working that sustains both you and your impact, without compromising on your values.
- Long for support, community, and loving accountability to finally bring your ideas to life.
It’s NOT for you if:
- You've spent less than 5 years doing hands-on changework in the field.
- You’re looking for quick results or a one-size-fits-all formula.
- You’re not ready to reflect, create, and experiment.
- You prefer to stay in theory rather than moving into embodiment.
What we’ll do together
Over 8 weeks, in a small, intimate circle (max. 10 people), we’ll:
- Distill your lived experience into shareable offerings — workshops, talks, toolkits, programs, or other formats aligned with your gifts.
 - Weave visibility that feels authentic — out of service, not vanity.
 - Learn about sustainable structures for your offerings to nourish you energetically and financially.
 - Explore thought leadership — how to step into it without burning out or selling out.
What you’ll receive
8 live workshops
recorded, so you can revisit anytime with time for sharing and connecting
Individual feedback
and space for your unique process (small circle = real attention)
Worksheets and frameworks
to map your offer suite and visibility strategy

But wait, who am I?
I’m Nora,Â
a social entrepreneur and systems change advocate from Switzerland
After 16+ years in the NGO/NPO sector (besides a short stint at a consulting firm in my early twenties), I set out to build Parayma. I knew this had to go beyond what philanthropy would fund and sustain. I saw so many people building online businesses, in all sorts of fields (some of them making multiple millions supposedly in their sleep), and as someone who only ever built NGOs, I was like “what do they know that we don’t?”.
So I spent a large part of my time last year (and over €10’000) in learning all I could about online businesses, how to design offer suites (I didn’t even know what that was a year ago. So if that’s you, don’t worry, this programme is totally for you!), social media, personal branding, funnels (another term that had me scratch my head just last year…) and more. I decided to parse through all of that, distinguish noise from relevant knowledge, filter out all the things that don’t align with my ethics, and build Parayma based on these vetted insights.
It’s how I hosted online workshops attended by hundreds of people, built an online programme that sold out (twice!), and built a new audience of over 2000 people - all in the few months that passed since we launched in February 2025. The key thing is that I didn’t just learn how to build an online business (or social enterprise or NGO), I learned how to do it strategically, in a way that is scalable, so that hopefully the investments made pay off in the long run, both in terms of stability of revenue generated, and how many people I can support with my work.
The Harvest Lab combines these insights with my gift for unlocking people’s true potential (that you can also see unfold in the Changework Compass). After being asked by multiple people how I did this or to help them figure out their next steps, I decided to put it into an emergent program and make an experiment out of it. So I’m looking forward to sharing all of that with you and going on an explorative journey together!

Your questions
Do I need to already have an offer or business?
Is this only for people working in social change or sustainability?
What if I can’t make all the sessions live?
Will this help me earn money from my offerings?
Can I expense this or get funding support?
Will there be another round later?
Until when can I apply?
How can I get in touch if I still have questions?
You don’t need to become someone else to share your wisdom.
You don’t need to master all marketing tricks to make your work visible.
You don’t need to transform into a shark tank ready girlboss ™️to create offers that actually generate income.
You simply need the right space, guidance, and rhythm to let what you’ve already lived ripen, from inner clarity into offerings that ripple outward and sustain you along the way.
That’s what The Harvest Lab is for.
If this resonates, it would be a joy to read your application!
