You're in a Seed Season
Your current work or life no longer feels like the whole story. Something wants to change, and you're reaching for the language and the clarity to name what's next. You know you want to contribute. The question isn't whether, it's what, and how.
Maybe you're asking āwhat is mine to do?ā for the first time. Maybe it's the tenth time, a new chapter opening after a reinvention, a burnout, a deep knowing that the last thing has run its course.
Either way, the not-knowing can feel uncomfortable, even a little frightening. So here's something to hold onto: nature pauses too. The fields lie fallow until it's their time. The trees surrender their leaves long before the new growth of Spring comes around.Ā
There is so much pressure to have it all figured out, a temptation to run from this discomfort and jump into a new thing. This in-between isn't a failure to have arrived. This is the place the next chapter slowly emerges from, if you let it. It's okay to be here, and it's okay to take your time.
At Parayma we see changework as cyclical. We seek what's ours to do, we plant and tend it, we watch it root and grow, it blooms, and in time we harvest what we've learned, including what didn't work, before we plant again.Ā
A Seed season is simply the beginning of a turn of that wheel. Befriending the uncertainty isn't just how new ideas arrive; it's what makes you a steadier changeworker for the whole cycle ahead. Itās where oneās elusive āpurposeā can crystallise and take new, potentially surprising forms.
What helps most now isn't rushing into a big new project or chasing the next bright idea that crosses your mind. It's a grounded, gently structured space to explore what's yours, and simple tools you can return to as your thinking clears.
