"I knew it was time for something new. I lacked direction on what to focus on and couldn't see clearly through the fog of noise around me. Working with Nora lifted that fog."
Jana Ganzmann, Founder of Impact Hub Tirol
We are in a tough spot. No doubt about it.
In this space, you will not find gaslighting and pretending all is fine. But youâll also not find doomsday vibes that make us feel all is lost either - that only serves the broligarchy. Â
Absolutely, there are big transformations ahead of us, and given the current distribution of power and systems, itâs definitely not 100% clear how we will get there. Hereâs what I believe: we are all here for a reason, and each of us has a unique contribution to make in the tapestry of change. In Purpose in the Polycrisis, we will explore how to uncover the contribution that only you can make.

âIt can be overwhelming to witness all the injustices of the moment. The good news is that theyâre all connected. If your little corner of work involves pulling at one of the threads, youâre helping to unravel the whole damn cloth.â
Ursula Wolfe-Rocca
The issue is that many of us arenât sure what the thread is that we are supposed to pull on.
You may be:
- wondering if there is something else youâre supposed to be doing, a deeper way to contribute, one that makes you feel more alive.Â
- look out at a world cracking at the seams and wonder how we could possibly avoid disaster, and what is your role to play in all this.
- feeling overwhelmed by both the number and complexity of the challenges we are facing, scattered, doing a little bit of everything or instead feeling paralysed and zoning out.
Or you may have known it very clearly once upon a time, but lost that clarity - and work that once fit like a glove now scratches and itches and you know itâs time to move on.

Purpose in the Polycrisis
In two hours, completely for free, weâll get together and excavate some old tropes around purpose - fossils that really donât serve us, and are better left in the past.
Iâll cover the 6 most unhelpful advice or beliefs, and offer a reframe for each, as well as a concrete next step or question you can ask yourself to move forward. The time spent together will give you orientation, renewed inspiration and peer-support to step into the changework that is uniquely yours to do, that will feel meaningful and whole.

Yes, there will be a replay - but if you can I highly recommend you attend live, for a couple of reasons:
- One of the major things people appreciate most about these workshops is the community. The chance to connect with other people who care from all over the world.
âIt was so valuable to listen to your ideas and everyoneâs experiences, it make me feel much less aloneâ
- The recording is valuable, but the power of a community space when visualizing collective change is irreplaceable, I always leave a space like this more energised than when I came in.
âI've never had such a mindful workshop. You're doing a great job in holding space, seeing and appreciating everyone!â
- When you join live, youâll get to ask your questions and get replies, and I guarantee you itâs easier to actually journal and take the recommended action when there are other people doing it with you.
âI especially enjoyed the fact that there was music accompanying us during the solo reflection moments because it gave me an auditory link to the ongoing call and made it easy for me to focus back on the call.â
Make sure you show up live because one of you will
win a free seat in my Changework Compass signature programme
where you will collectively build change in community, and truly step into your unique contribution.
Youâll also get a chance to win two free 1-1 sessions with me to deepen and get more hands-on support!

"I came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. Within weeks, I found clarity, confidence, and a grounded path I could actually take."
Jakob Filzen, Social Psychologist
This is for you if:
- Youâre currently going through a transition. Youâve quit the job, left the social enterprise you founded, turned your back on the corporate world - well done. You donât know yet what is next, just that you want to make a meaningful contribution.
- Youâre thinking about leaving, about making a change, but you didnât take the trust fall yet. You do hear a new chapter calling you though, and itâs getting louder by the day.
- You enjoy your work still, but have this nagging feeling that there is something else youâre meant to be doing. (there probably is and Iâd love to help you discover what it is)
- You have big decisions ahead of you, for example what to do after uni, or where and what to study, or what to do now that youâre retired. That space can feel daunting, but I promise you itâs full of possibilities and expansion.Â
Everyone Iâve worked with had many different circumstances and reasons for embarking on the journey of uncovering their unique contribution. But they had this in common: a longing, a calling that was driving them forward. Heed it, for it will lead you to your true purpose, which I personally believe is the key to a fulfilled and meaningful life.
Inside the workshop youâll learn:
- Why existing models to find your purpose fall short of the complexity of the challenges we are facing, or miss the point entirely when it comes to people who already know they want to make a difference in the world
- About the importance of self-awareness, and why finding changework and a role that suits you is not selfish, but essential
- What ecosystem awareness means, and youâll be introduced to different systems thinking tools that you can apply in your own time to deepen your own understanding of the causes you care about
- A model called the creative tension by MIT Complexity Scientist Peter Senge, which shows us why itâs essential to be connected to our visions as well as face reality the way that is - in other words, the importance of envisioning!
- What to consider when thinking about what cause to focus on, so that you can truly bring your unique contribution to the table
- How to anchor your cause (i.e. limit the scope purposefully) so that you donât overwhelm yourself, because an overwhelmed changeworker is not one that can stand in their power, and thatâs where we need you!
And more!
Sign up to the workshopBecause the answer to the current collapse isnât to try to do everything at once.
Yes, we need to change the systems that create and perpetuate the social, environmental and economic problems we face. But trying to do it all or losing your energy in roles that donât suit you is not the answer.
Instead, find your unique contribution - what you are truly well positioned to bring into the world. What is calling you, and where you can make a real difference. Because we need to respond to what the world needs, but we also need to include you in the equation. In this 2 hour live workshop, I will introduce my systems-informed framework to find that unique contribution of yours. You will be able to use the tools and ideas presented to reflect in your own time and plan your next steps, or you can decide to join us and do it in community with the Changework Compass.
Hereâs the thing:
In a world on fire, what keeps me sane is knowing I am doing all I can to bring my contribution - and knowing we are a whole movement, millions of people strong, doing this at the same time.
So knowing your purpose (what I call your unique contribution) is, to me, mental health care.
If you miss it, youâll be able to access the replay within a few days of the live session.

Iâm Nora, your workshop host
Founder of Parayma, the well change atelier, and collaboratio helvetica, and mentor for changeworkers who want to work with, and learn from, someone who understands the unique struggles of this work.
Since 2010, after I awoke to the state of the world, Iâve dedicated my life and career towards shifting paradigms for a more just, regenerative, and beautiful future for everyone. After working in the field for so long, I realised I needed to deepen and expand my contribution and I couldnât do that by just working longer hours.
So I've started a path of learning from experts, taking courses, reading books, and putting all of that into practice in my systems change work in Switzerland. Today, 8 years later, I've started my path of mentorship, giving people like you the same tools and learnings I wish I had when I started, so you can do both the inner and outer work to become a more fulfilled and impactful changeworker.
When Iâm not working, I do enjoy creating art, walks with my dog, and getting lost in a fantasy novel too but thatâs a story for another day! Looking forward to connecting with you.Â
âHow did you find your purpose, and how can I find mine?â
Â
Many people have asked me this question. It tends to surface after presentations and workshops, and is typically what I get asked most often (with âWhat is systems change?â coming in a strong second). Itâs difficult to give a neat, universal answer, because meaningful purpose often emerges gradually. Advice like âfollow your passionâ may sound inspiring, but itâs rarely enough for someone seeking practical guidance.
While mentoring friends and colleagues who are passionate about tackling social and environmental issues, I began to recognise certain exercises and reflective prompts that consistently helped them clarify their special contribution. I also realised that most âfind your purposeâ guides are designed for general audiences and do not address the needs of changemakers (or, as I say, âchangeworkersâ) â individuals who know they want to drive societal or environmental transformation.
Also, existing frameworks seldom draw on systems thinking and paradigm-shift perspectives. Seeing this gap, I developed a systems-informed approach for purpose discovery. This framework helps people identify their unique role in creating social and ecological transformation by focusing on underlying systemic patterns, rather than one-off solutions.
The SEED Framework
I have developed a unique, systems-informed framework to help you hone in on what is yours to contribute at this point in time.

âEverything is on fire,
but everyone I love is doing beautiful things
and trying to make life worth living,
and I know I donât have to believe in everything,
but I believe in that.â
Nikita Gill
Whilst we wonât be able to go through the whole process, that is what the Changework Compass (a 10 weeks online programme) is for, I will not gatekeep any key concepts that underpin this framework.
Iâll explain not just what I mean with the SEED Framework, this unique take on âpurposeâ, but also give you access to a multitude of free templates you can go through in your own time, if you wish.
For maximum benefit, including the opportunity to ask questions, meet inspiring other changeworkers, and enter to win a free spot in the Changework Compass or a 1-1 session with me, join us live on the 26th of August 2026, from 5 to 7pm CET.
