The Parayma Pollinators, our affiliate programme, is a way for alumni and close collaborators to recommend the Changework Compass to their communities. When someone joins through your unique link, that person receives a 10% discount and you receive a commission in thanks for helping the work reach the right people, and our collective impact ripple outward.

How does it work?
The Parayma Pollinators are a circle of past participants, so people who’ve experienced the Compass firsthand, and aligned friends. If this work has moved something in you and you’d like to share it in your own words, this space is for you.
- Share your honest experience in the places that feel natural to you, such as in conversations, email, social media, or your newsletter.
- Receive a 10% commission on every enrolment made through your unique link.
- People who join through your unique link receive a 10% discount on their enrolment.
- A 60-day cookie window ensures you’re credited even when people take time to decide.
- Commissions are paid quarterly via PayPal. No admin needed on your end.

How the process unfolds

Once approved, you’ll receive access to your affiliate portal with your personal links and resources.

Share in your voice
Use your link wherever you naturally connect with people. Each person who joins through your link receives a 10% discount as a thank you for being part of your community.

Earn as a thank you
When someone enrols via your link, you earn 10%. Tracking uses a 60-day cookie. Payouts are quarterly via PayPal.
