Most of us are internally asking ourselves some version of the same question: am I doing the right thing? Where do I fit? Is this working? Why am I so tired?

I found that beyond the general challenges of changework, the answer often depends on the season of changework we're in.

• Sometimes we're seeking what's ours to do (Seed).
• Sometimes we see our contribution clearly and want to reach the roots of the problem (Root).
• Sometimes we're deep in the work and need it to stop costing us so much (Bloom).
• And sometimes we're ready to share what we've learned, and let it travel further than we can to support others on their path (Harvest).
